For more than 20 years, my teaching and coaching philosophy has inspired others to improve their position in life by applying simple techniques and systems.  And, I believe that anyone can have fun learning and changing at any age.

I also like to say that it doesn’t matter what I’ve done in my lifetime.  It only matters what we do moving forward.  But just in case someone wants to know, my resume would look something like this.

1975 -1979 Graduated from college with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.

From 1975 – 1980, I worked in the social services field until I moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1980.

From 1981 – 1994, I worked for United Parcel Service.  I started as a package car driver and worked my way up to a corporate marketing manager.

1983 – Present, My life as a Real Estate Investor and Landlord.

From 1994 – 1997, I played entrepreneur and continued to invest in real estate.

In 1997, I earned my real estate license and was a continuously successful, multi-million dollar producer at the Long Realty Central Office, breaking the record for the highest sales volume in a Central agent’s first year in the business.

From 2001 - 2007, I was in management at Long Realty, where I ran the most profitable branch in the company in 2004.  The Central Office was always in the top 3 most profitable under my reign.

In 2007, I launched TBConsults, after many years of planning, practicing and preparing!

There you have it.

As for my personal favorites.  I love animals, especially dogs and cats and plan someday to be able to communicate with them!  I can’t ever read enough.  I read everything I can get my hands on regarding business, money, success, life in balance and self improvement.  I have my own personal coach and am so grateful for him!  I love the beach and relaxing.  And ultimately, I love life, especially mine!

Was it always wonderful?  No, but you can read about that in TBConsults History.  However, I am where I am today by my design.  And my hope and passion is to teach and inspire you to design your future so that you too, can achieve what you want in your lifetime.
